Blue Water Gold Coast SPC is a self-polishing copolymer (SPC) bottom paint that offers effective multi-season protection. The high load SPC formula enables self-smoothing for roughness control and maximizing fuel efficiency and is designed to meet the performance and environmental needs of sailboats, powerboats, coastal vessels, and deep sea operators.
This antifouling paint includes a 39% Copper and 3% Zinc Pyrithione load which releases biocides at the surface of the coating though a hydrolysis reaction between an acrylic polymer and saltwater or freshwater.
