The chain is made from a heat-treated Grade 70 chain to withstand even the harshest conditions. The gold chromate finish offers corrosion resistance and allows DOT inspectors to easily determine the grade of chain being used. The chain features 1/2" links that are stamped "G70" in accordance with the Department of Transportation regulations.
This heavy-duty chain has a working load limit of 11,300 lbs. and an overall weight capacity of 45,200 lbs. It's designed to be used with the BulletProof Heavy-Duty or Extreme-Duty Ratchet Binders. The grab hooks are universal and can be used with 1/2" or 5/8" binders.
NOTE: This is a single 1/2" x 16' transport chain.
