The Eccotemp L5 was designed for easy, effortless use. Simply attach a garden hose and a 20-lb. propane tank, and you are guaranteed to enjoy the luxury of hot water anywhere. This model includes great features like an electronic ignition powered by 2 D-cell batteries and a manual gas and water flow adjustment to give you the exact amount of hot water needed. This makes it great for off-grid or any location where electricity is not readily available.
The ideal operating range for the L5 is 20~80 PSI with a 1.5 GPM flow. For low water flow/pressure situations, Eccotemp recommends the Eccotemp Eccoflo 12-Volt Pump and Strainer (item 118410 sold separately) to give you that extra boost of water power.
The Eccotemp L5 Portable Tankless Water Heater has been tested for use at elevations up to 2000'. Installation and use above 2000' may affect overall product efficiency and performance. Installation and use of the Eccotemp Portable Tankless Water Heater above 5000' is not recommended.
