Features
Maretron's Network Gateway is a gateway for bridging computers to an NMEA network. This allows you to use PC based vessel monitoring and control software like Maretron's N2KView or PC based navigation software. The gateway provides one simple connection between the network and the PC, which eliminates conventional multiplexers and the maze of wires usually associated with interfacing equipment to PCs. Additionally, Maretron’s Network Gateway can be used to connect Maretron’s N2KView Vessel Monitoring and Control Software or Maretron’s N2KAnalyzer NMEA 2000 Network Analysis software to an NMEA 2000 network. The Maretron Network Gateway is designed to operate within the harsh demands of the marine environment. However, no piece of marine electronic equipment can function properly unless installed, configured, and maintained in the correct manner. Please read carefully and follow these instructions for installation, configuration, and usage of the Maretron Network Gateway in order to ensure optimal performance.
