Features
Formulated to polish and restore aluminum pontoons and boats. Comes in an 18-oz. jar. Apply by hand or with a 5" - 6" buffer pad. Please note: This product cannot be used on anodized aluminum. Shipped ground only.

Metal Polish is not the same thing as wax.
Wax is simply a coating left on a surface to temporarily protect it from the elements. Metal Polish is a compound designed to remove a microscopic thin layer of the surface material and leave a flat, reflective surface.

Aluminum Polish can be used on materials other than aluminum
You can use Toon-brite Aluminum Polish on aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, and chrome. It works well on most metal surfaces.

Polishing with Toon-brite Aluminum Polish
You can polish by hand, but you'll want to stick to the smaller jobs. Use a buffer for larger areas. It's a lot faster and much easier on you. It's best to use a high-quality 7" variable speed buffer with a lambswool, terry cloth, or hard foam pad.

Once you start buffing, a black film may form on the metal. This occurs as the polish pulls the pigmentation back out after cleaning to create a like new finish. Remember, a little bit goes a long way. Buff it in and then right back out.
